So, I love to color my hair. Not your typical out of the box color either. I love bright colors, pinks purples, and blues. Even a red or green thrown in every once in a while. I figure if it makes me happy then why shouldn't I? Why shouldn't anyone? Sure there are jobs that won't allow it. Why the hell don't they? I mean you would think that someone with pink hair might just be more open to new ideas, have a vivid imagination, think outside of the box so to speak. More and more people have different colored hair these days, by different I mean all colors of the rainbow not just the colors people are born with.
My hair has drawn some attention, people often comment that they love it. It seems to be a game at work to see what color my hair will be next week. My favorite was when driving out of a parking lot, this little girl who is pushing a cart towards the cart rack screamed, "I LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!!".
I don't do it for other people, but I sure am glad that people sometimes get a kick out of it. I also have a lot of people ask me how I do it, what products do I use, what color is it, etc.
There are several steps to coloring your hair this way. My methods might not be the easiest or the best for everyone, but, here it is.

Free Stuff
Posted by
DeathFairy
I have recently become addicted to free stuff. Well I was addicted before now, who isn't, but recently I have started to actively participate in my acquisition of free things. I know I have a few readers who might also like to get their own free stuff so I am posting some links so you can also get started.
It is simple to get free things, however it does take a little effort on your part. Some are simple forms to fill out, others you may have to like a page on Facebook to get access to the forms.
Don't give credit card info for any free sample/item. If its truly free they won't ask for more than an email, physical address and phone number
You may be asked to fill out a survey, if you are read the fine print. Some surveys ask that you fill out applications for credit cards and make a purchase before you get the free item/gift card. DON'T TRUST THESE
Follow your instincts, if you think its bull then it probably is and you shouldn't do it.
Start early and late in the day- check the websites early as the items go fast. Also some items get posted in the evening time so its also a good time to check. Check as often as you feel like checking the websites.
Most free samples will be mailed to you, however some may only be available in store.
While "sample sites" are great you can also go to different companies websites and look for free samples on your own, or contact companies asking for free samples.
Don't give up. I usually sign up for about 5 free things a day, but thats not the most you can sign up for. Some days I don't sign up for more than one or two.
Be patient, it takes often 4-10 weeks before you will get some samples. If you sign up for samples everyday it won't be long before you are getting something almost everyday in the mail.

You can request free samples be mailed to you from both Target and Wal-Mart, however you will need to check each day to see if they have samples available, they go quick and are not available everyday.

If anyone has a free sample site they want to share, please email me Here and I will gladly post it for everyone to see.
Happy Sampling!!!!!!!

Tips on how to avoid getting scammed
While sample giveaways are usually safe to use, there is always a few bad apples.

Tips on getting free items
Either set up a separate email to use for signing up for free samples, or use your filter system on your email so your email inbox doesn't get filled up in a day.Start early and late in the day- check the websites early as the items go fast. Also some items get posted in the evening time so its also a good time to check. Check as often as you feel like checking the websites.

Here are a few to get you started. You can also search "free samples" and find even more sites.
These are the ones I use most. Most sample sites have the same samples. However you can go to individual sites to find free samples.

Halloween Nail Art-Robin Moses
Posted by
DeathFairy
It's that time of year again, and once again Robin Moses is cranking out some great Halloween themed nail designs. She is such a great nail artist and shows you how to do each design. You can check out her work on her YouTube Channel, Blog, or Facebook page. Get some inspiration for your own nail designs or just use some of her great designs to make your own or other peoples nails super great this Halloween.
On her pages you can find so much more than just Halloween Themed Nails. She has tons of videos that cover so many design categories you can literally spend all day watching and never watch the same one twice. Its a great place to look for all of your nail design tutorials.
Since Robin takes the time to make these videos and show us how to make these gorgeous designs, take the few seconds and make sure you give her some credit if you use her designs and show them off by saying Inspired by Robin Moses, not only is a great way to say thanks for the inspiration but her designs are copyrighted and all she asks for the use of them is a sentence saying she inspired you.
Here are just a few of her great Halloween designs.
I can't wait till Halloween and I am sure neither can you.
Please feel free to share you inspired Halloween nail art either here or with Robin herself on her Facebook page. Looking forward to seeing it and hearing from you. Happy Halloween!!

Halloween: Makeup, Nails, and More
Posted by
DeathFairy
I love Halloween, it happens to be one of my favorite holidays, and not just because of the candy. I love the makeup and seeing all the costumes people can come up with. Halloween used to be so great, with people decorating their yards with miniature graveyards, cobwebs, spooky ghosts, and zombies rising out of the ground.
Now it seems more and more people do not even bother. They simply throw up some orange or purple string lights and put a couple pumpkins out front. Today you are lucky to see a carved pumpkin.
The next best thing to a creepy yard are the creepy ghouls and goblins you see walking the street on Halloween. Below are some videos that will hopefully inspire you to be the best ghoul you can be, or fairy princess.
I am seem to be drawn to special effects make up videos, as well as nail art videos. Over the past months quite a few have caught my eye and I thought I would share them with you for the Halloween season.
